Great location in Bairro Alto, with views of the bridge and river. Room size was good, had a sink, and shared bathroom was clean. Helpful staff and good internet. Close to metro and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

Our room at Pensao Londres was spacious and had a fantastic view of the famous Lisbon trams. Despite the noise they occasionally made, it added to the charm of the city. The room amenities like the kettle, safe box, and sofa were convenient and made our stay comfortable. The location in Bairro Alto was perfect, with numerous cafes and restaurants just a short walk away. The reception staff were helpful, providing us with detailed information about tourist attractions and even recommending the best beach to visit. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and the calm atmosphere ensured a peaceful stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect holiday in Lisbon.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with historical charm. It had a great location, near the center of this touristic European capital and close to the main attractions of the city. The view from our room was amazing, with a beautiful bridge in sight. The staff was friendly and willing to help with our questions and directions.
Almost perfect, but the hotel is located down a steep hill, which could be a challenge to walk back up.

If you want to experience the vibrant nightlife and be in the heart of all the action, this hotel is the perfect choice. The location is fantastic, with easy access to downtown and a short walk to the main attractions. The rooms offer stunning views of the Castle and the city. The friendly staff provides excellent service, and the continental breakfast is a great way to start the day.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily walk to all the main attractions and there were some great viewpoints nearby. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, providing us with maps and recommendations for places to eat. One of the best aspects was the breakfast - fresh rolls and croissants that were delicious.
The beds were not very comfortable and the bathrooms were quite small.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. It is situated in an upper neighborhood of a local area, away from the touristy spots, providing an authentic experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities, including rooms in front of the communial bathroom, are well-maintained. Additionally, the hotel's location directly situated at a cable car on top of a hill allows for breathtaking views, and there is a great restaurant conveniently located across the street.
The coffee could use improvement.
